We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any travel service provider, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting from your travel or use of services booked through our platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WhiteSand Airlines or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
